I’m Vicky, the founder and the one-woman engine behind this work – bringing 20 years of experience in vocational counseling, workforce development, and creative strategy to design programs and trainings that resonate with today’s students and the educators who serve them.
I built Work Worth Wellness Co. because too often, career readiness is reduced to checklists and compliance. My work is about changing that – creating programs, seminars, and certification pathways that center work, worth, and wellness so readiness feels human, practical, and sustainable.
Every offering is designed to meet students where they are, while giving staff the clarity, confidence, and tools they need to thrive.
What ties it all together is a trauma-informed, equity-driven framework that honors the lived realities of students – especially those navigating systemic barriers – and equips educators with strategies that move beyond labels like “unmotivated” or “lazy.”

At Work Worth Wellness Co., I believe readiness has to be human. Students aren’t checklists, and they’re not broken because they don’t fit into neat boxes of “professionalism.”
They’re complex, creative, and resilient – carrying survival skills that deserve to be recognized as strengths.
My work is about helping schools and organizations see that, while giving students the tools to design their careers, own their identities, and sustain themselves without burning out.
This isn’t about compliance or buzzwords – it’s about clarity, equity, and belonging. My mission is to reframe career readiness so it honors both the reality of what students face and the potential of who they’re becoming.
Every program, seminar, and training is built with that ethos: less hustle, more humanity, and a commitment to making readiness something that feels possible, personal, and real.
