IMMERSIVE PROGRAMS aren’t about piling on more content or running students through generic checklists.
They’re about giving young people real frameworks, language, and tools to make sense of themselves and their next steps.
Every program is rooted in the W3 framework.
We interconnect career design, identity, and wellness because readiness has to be more than grades and test prep. It has to feel human, practical, and sustainable.
Some need structure to map out their future in a way that actually fits their lives. Others need a space where creativity and career skills overlap so they can build something they’re proud to show. And some need a circle that affirms their confidence and leadership without forcing them to be the loudest voice in the room.
There are three distinct programs to choose from - so you can select the experience that makes the most sense for your students right now.

Digital Storytelling Studio
The Digital Storytelling Studio is a 12-week, hands-on program where students build real-world skills in branding, web design, graphic design, copywriting, and marketing.
Instead of theory, students create tangible deliverables – logos, websites, campaigns, and portfolios – that demonstrate both creativity and career readiness.
By the end of the program, each student leaves with a Brand Blueprint Portfolio they can use for college, internships, or workforce opportunities.
Schools gain a program that blends digital literacy, creative expression, and employability skills in one package.

The Self-DIrected Student
The Self-Directed Student is a 9-week program that helps young people take ownership of their future by connecting work, worth, and wellness into a plan that feels personal and possible.
Instead of another surface-level “college and career readiness” checklist, students create a Business of Me Portfolio.
This program is for students who need structure that honors their lived experience, validates survival skills as assets, and equips them with strategies they can use now.
Students get structure that honors their lived experience, validates survival skills as assets, and equips them with strategies for success.

Getting to 9 Readiness
The Getting to 9 Readiness Workshops are a flexible series of 75-minute workshops that prepare students with the tools and confidence they need to transition from the classroom to the real world.
Readiness doesn’t happen by accident. It takes practice, confidence, and real-world skills that don’t always show up in a curriculum.
Whether it’s practicing an interview or learning how to advocate for themselves, we meet students where they are and prepare them for where they’re going.
Topics include resumes, interviews, presence, professionalism, work ethic, boundaries, and bridging school to career opportunities.

Quiet Power Circle
The Quiet Power Circle is a 12-week program that affirms and develops leadership in students who may not see themselves reflected in traditional models.
Through weekly sessions, students explore confidence, imposter syndrome, comparison, self-advocacy, and their own definition of success.
Each session leads up to their Quiet Leadership Gameplan Workbook, a self-published portfolio that captures their growth, strategies, and vision for the future.
